Yeah, this is not Richmond Hill as far as I know. It could even be considered Woodhaven (not sure where Woodhaven ends and Ozone Park begins).
I’m not the “Broadway” that added this theater, so that’s about all I know about it.

When I do an address search on this former? theater, I come up with three different listings for this address.

The only thing that I am sure of, is this theater was not in Richmond Hill, Queens. It was located in Ozone Park, Queens.
