I believe the Livonia was torn down. Here’s where it used to be:

This building has definitely been demolished, and can be changed above. There is nothing but either vacant lots or new buildings on this stretch of Livonia:

To lostmemory: I would like to know when a particular building was built. Where can I look up that information? I live in New York ciyt. I would like to know the build dates for my grandmother’s old house as well as some other properties. Thanks.

If the above address is correct, there is a Church located here today. But, the build date is given as 1955 which means the theater was demolished and the newer building is now the Church.

We can determine if this theater has been demolished or not if we can determine which side of Livonia this theater was on, it it was on the north side of Livonia, it has been demolished, because the entire north side of Livonia was demolished in this spot. The photo linked below is from nycsubway.org, taken at the Junius Street subway station, which extends over Powell Ave, which is one block east of Sackman. Unfortunately, the photo doesn’t pan far enough to the right to see if a theater remains on the south side of Livonia Ave, but if the “even” numbers are on the north side, this can be changed to “demolished”.
Anyway, here’s the photo:
