This is an undated postcard view of the Lyric Theater.
A Wurlitzer organ, opus 719, was installed in this theater on 10/24/1923.
I was able to take a photo of the Lyric theater in August 2005, it currently is being used as both restaurant and bar. It appears the exterior was recently painted. You can view the photo here
Theater owned by Richard Dabb. In April 1933, he began allowing the local Polish American club access to the theater to perform a monthly benefit show.
Here is a circa-1938 exterior view of the Lyric from the Library of Congress collection with the Ronald Reagan film “Girls on Probation” playing at the time.
