The Andrews Theater is listed as operating as a movie theater in 1945. The building is used today by Swinnie Rentals which is an office machine and equipment rental company.
Any further information on the Andrews Theater would be appreciated.

I show that the original seating was listed as 225.
Film Daily Yearbook;1950 edition lists the Andrews Theatre as having a seating capacity of 457. Looking at the photo in the link above by lostmemory, I would say this is about right.
