It was converted.
The last I saw here was ‘The Sixth Sense’.
A new multiplex in Davie, FL. nearby took most of their clientele.

This operated from 1989 to 2000.

I worked here at the grand opening in Spring of 1987. It was a big deal when it opened because prior to that people from Pines and “out west” had to go all the way to the Sheridan 7 in Hollywood if they wanted to visit a first run theatre.

This opened in 1989. The UA Movies at Pembroke Pines opened in 1986.
