In the 1930-1940 Film Daily Yearbooks, this is listed as the New LaSalle Theater, with seating for 612. In 1926-1929 Film Daily Yearbooks, it is listed as the LaSalle, with seating for 885. It is listed as the One Fifty Two in the 1951 Film Daily Yearbook seating 583 with an address, possibly a typo, of 162 W. Division.

In two Chicago Tribune stories from April and July 1946, a Buddhist temple is meeting at this address. By 1957, until the mid-80s, it was home to a hardware store.
