HUGE mistake!!! Not Rialto pix. roadsideoklahoma made an error, above pictures are those of the Ray.
In its last days the Rialto looked more like an expensive Hollywood backlot set than a movie house.
Now razed, listing should be changed to demolished.

…above 1985 picture is actually that of the former Ray Theatre in Tonkawa.

This is the spot where the Rialto Theatre was located on 220 E. Grand Ave. The McCarter Museum now occupies this space.

In 1940 the Rialto had 500 seats.
