Another theater photo that I came across is the former Regent Theater in St. Marys, OH. The Regent Theater is listed in the 1941 edition of Film Daily Yearbook. The photo below is from the 1950’s and the Regent Theater had a bowling alley located next door.
In 2008, the building is being used as a rehearsal space for live theater performances.
Any further information on the Regent Theater would be appreciated.

Found a brief mention of this theater on an Ohio history site:
“Tom Broad opened one new movie theatre called the Regent and then took over and modernized the creaking old "Grand Opera House”.
The Grand Opera House mentioned in Lost Memory’s comment on 8/21/05 later became the St. Marys Theatre.
