Never had been to this one. I do remember the ad for it in the back of The Cape Codder newspaper!
The 1927 Film Daily Yearbook lists one film venue at Osterville, the Star Theatre with 290 seats.
Address was 845 Main St. You can still see the building there on Google Streetview.
