According to this article (near the bottom), an additional nine screens are going to be added to this theater, which will make it a true megaplex: View link

This theater was recently converted to all Digital projection utilizing NEC projectors and Dolby Servers. There is still a film projector in theater #1 along side the digital projector juust in case.

Yes. But a movie theater by industry diffinition has to have 16+ theaters to be called a megaplex. This is a multiplex. (Although if they were include Multiplex in their theater’s name they would be sued by National Amusements).

This is a very uninspiring name for a theater, kind of like going to a supermarket called the Food Trough. We are not commodities.
