Opened on May 20, 1937 with “Venus Makes Trouble” (unknown if short subjects were added).

This one was at 202 N. Main. The theater’s gone, but the old drug store next door is still standing.

A late 1946 photo probably in December of the Wallace in Andrews. The “The Yearling” was showing with Gregory Peck. A new business the Texas Electric Service company had been joined to the Wallace building and the Corner Drug Store had done some updating.
