Above address is incorrect. The address for this drive-in was 1171 E. Plant St.

Gotta love those strip shopping centers, so many drive-in and indoor houses have given way to them. The art deco of the Starlight and many indoors are slowly dwindling way also. This drive-in really had a very impressive front.

I remember my aunt down there told me that it was torn down as you said it’s now a strip mall, same thing as the campground I stayed (probably moved up to Florida State Route 27). When I was a kid, it was still standing.
