website moved to http://www.mctiky.org/ mostly stage plays and concerts, no movies.

Never trust those dates. And your right, Bright Leaf with Gary Cooper and Lauren Bacall was released in July of 1950.

The Film Daily Yearbook;1950 edition gives the seating capacity of the Palace Theater as 466.
