Several years ago my mother and I were traveling up the old route from Atlanta to the Dillard House and rode throug Cornelia. The Grand theater had been demolished.

Does anybody know about a drive-in theater in Cornelia that stayed open until the Grand reopened?
JB There was the Cornelia Drive-In in Cornelia, Single Screen, 200 cars. Long closed.
There was also a Dixie Theaatre in Cornelia that was open by 1940 and closed in the early-1950’s seating listed at 400, anyone have infor on the Dixie? I can find no address.
