The Milan Theater was located on Main St. In this 1950 photo of Main St in Milan, TN you can see the Ritz Theater on the right side and in the distance on the left side is the Milan Theater.
The 1930 Film Daily year book list this as the Loew’s Milan. Loew’s was in Milan Tennessee?!?! There’s got to be a story in that.

In 1955 the Milan Theater had 497 seats. The address given is 152 Main Street.
The milan became a Dollar General Store, and in the past years, has shut down. In fact, much of Milan’s main street, has become a ghost town, due to everyone moving their business closer to Jackson.
