Opened as Sundance Cinemas on March 8th, 1985. Ad posted.

This was opened by Modern Cinema Corporation on March 8th, 1985 and closed on May 27th, 1986 for non-payment of taxes. It reopened as the Island Twin on August 15th, 1986. Island Twin Cinemas reopening 07 Aug 1986, Thu The Grand Island Daily Independent (Grand Island, Nebraska) Newspapers.com
