The former Owl Theater was a short lived silent theater that opened in 1910 and was closed before 1914.

Lost Memory and I have figured this building was demolished, and replaced with a large, one story building at some point, which can be seen at the corner of 113th St and jamaica Ave, seen at the bottom of this image:

The large one story building doesn’t seem to fit in with the other buildings. It appears to me that it was built at a later date than the surrounding buildings. There might have been four more apartment over store buildings located where this large one story building is now and the Owl theater was located in one of those stores. An address search shows a doctors office is located here today.
