There are pictures of the State at the Wyandotte County Museum. If anyone wants to check them out (and maybe get copies to post), here is the information:

I think this could be listed as demolished, according to google pictures the Police Headquarters is located at 708 Minnesota.

Editions of Film Daily Yearbook;1941 and 1943 give a seating capacity of 385. In the 1950 edition of F.D.Y. seating is given as 500.
