The Park Theater is listed in Film Daily Yearbook’s 1926 and 1927 as the Yorke Theater. Starting around 1943 it is listed as the Park Theater. In December of 1956, NYC shows retail stores at this address so the Park Theater was closed by that time. The Park Theater is gone from listings by 1957.
