Opened around 2000, this replaced the nearby Kentucky Oaks 10. It is a wonderful modern theater with all the bells and whistles. Awesome digital sound and all stadium seating.

This theatre was renamed Cinemark 12 at Paducah in 2005
This is the Cinemark website. Their website gives the name as Cinemark Paducah.

The current theater is not the same building as the 1988 photos posted here. That building become an Old Navy and other retail space after a new theater was built around 2000.
The original Kentucky Oaks 10 (seen in the 1988 photo) was opened by regional circuit Associated Theatres of Kentucky in 1986, as reported in the May issue of Boxoffice that year. No details about the theater were given in the Boxoffice item, except to say that it was the largest theater complex in western Kentucky.
If the 12-plex is in an entirely new building, shouldn’t the 10-plex have its own page? Internet says Old Navy is at 5161 Hinkleville Rd., Paducah, KY 42001, and the new 12-plex Cinemark Paducah (as Cinemark’s web site calls it) is at 5159 Hinkleville Road, Unit 010 Paducah, KY 42001.
