Here is a website for the Braden Theater. This one is spelled Theater with an “er”. Function is first run movies.

The Braden now has 3 screens with a total of 473 seats and reopened on March 1, 2008, according to an article in the “University Times”, published by the Univ. of Maine at Presque Isle.

In 1963, the Braden was operated by Charles Brooks Theaters, headquartered in Ashland, Maine. Brooks Theaters also ran the Presque Isle Drive-In at the time, along with some other theaters in Ashland, Eagle Lake and Fort Kent.
