This theater was built on the site of the old Twilight Gardens Drive-In Theater. The Quail Twin has since been demolished as well. It was in operation from 1966 to 1985.
A Laser Quest operates from this address today.

The Quail Twin Theatre was not demolished, It currently serves as a Laser Tag gaming place.
I saw the first run of WILLY WONKA & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY there in ‘71, EARTHQUAKE (in Sensurround), YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN in '72, and many, many more. I remember seeing Danny Williams in the lobby too. Just sayin’!
Earthquake and Young Frankenstein came out in 1974.
Once I saw a first rate (mid ‘70s) photo of this theatre snapped by Jeff Chapman. Wish he would allow it to be posted because it demonstrates just how classy this cinema really was.
Roadside Oklahoma web page has modern photos of the former Quail Twin Cinema. Looks like the lobby is now a bagel shop.
