The Clarion Theatre has been operating since before 1941. In recent years it was operated by the Fridley Theatres chain. In the mid-2000’s, it was taken over by the BigTime Cinem chain

LM, from both your pic links this is a nice looking theatre, looks like they may even have a balcony from the height. I just checked out the Big Time link and they must have twinned this theatre. They are showing two different featurs. Maybe they did have a balcony and it is now the second screen.
