The Deepam Cinema is the only Seychelles cinema. It is located in Victoria on the island of Mahe and it screens recent American movies, plus Indian, French and Chinese titles.

The building is a stone construction and has a bow-fronted bay which is supported by a series of columns, between which is the entrance at ground level and glazed windows on the upper level. It could originally have been a cinema which contained seating in stalls and balcony, but sources today give a seating area as being ‘upstairs’.

The cinema is air conditioned and is equipped with a DTS and Dolby Digital Sound system.
