Opened by UA Theatres on May 19, 1995 with 3,000 seats.
Closed October 1999.
Reopened by Santa Rosa Entertainment Group (as previously commented on) August 12, 2005.

From Los Angeles Times, April 28, 1995: Construction of the 11-screen United Artists cineplex in Camarillo’s Mission Oaks area is nearing completion, and company officials say they will meet their scheduled May 19 opening date.
The 3,000-seat, $5.5-million complex near the corner of Adolfo Road and Camino Ruiz will feature wall-to-wall screens, digital sound equipment and state-of-the-art projection equipment, according to Doug Alexander, vice president of construction for the company.
Other amenities will include wider seats with cup holders and large snack and beverage bars. The largest of the theaters will seat about 500 people, the smallest about 200.

From Ventura County Star, July 14, 2005:

It took months to clean up damage done to Camarillo’s old United Artists theater. Crews had to replace smashed windows, clean out garbage and remove paintball splatters from walls. The 11-screen theater on Verdugo Way had sat vacant for more than five years before North American Cinemas started to refurbish it, and it was a magnet for break-ins and graffiti. “It was a mess,” said Daniel F. Tocchini, president of the Santa Rosa-based company, which has a 20-year lease on the property. A family-owned business, North American Cinemas operates 112 screens inCalifornia and Nevada.. After $3 million of work, Roxy Stadium 11 at Mission Oaks has hired its first 65 employees and will open Aug. 12, said Corey Tocchini, vice president of the company and Daniel Tocchini’s son. Inside the theater, stadium-style platforms have been put in, the concession stand has been revamped and high-tech electronics sit in boxes ready to be installed.
