The Mezzanine Foyer leading to the balcony is to the right at the head of the staircase, while the Dress Circle Foyer is at a higher level to the left occupying the rounded-apex triangular area bounded by the street corner below. The Victory, in a beautiful classic style, had architecture in common with others designed by Cedric Ballantyne which qualifies it as a prestigious Regent in all but name.
