The Sunaire Drive-In had a capacity for 500 cars in 1975.

This DI was ran by Metropolitan Theatres. Now a series of car lots.

Side note: My late father in law who was the projectionist at the time was damn near killed when a teenager came flying in through the exit and creamed him. He was on his way to the Palm Springs Drive in as he was a shared projectionist.

Above address is incorrect. Approx. address for this drive-in was 68130 California 111, now in Cathedral City, CA 92234.

Most of this drive-in is now Toyota Of The Desert.
