John and Drew Eberson worked on this theatre around 1941 but whether they built it or modernised it I am not sure.

The Capitol Theatre seated 710 people.

According to the Milford/Orange City Directory, 1924 lists the Capitol on 8 Daniel Street. 1939 it’s on 26 Daniel and it appears on all directories until the last one on their file in 1991.

A Robert-Morton theater organ size 2/4 style 75 was installed in a Capitol Theater in Milford, CT in 1921.
