The Bonham Drive-In was opened prior to 1955 when it was operated by Cole Theatres. It had a capacity for 304 cars, and there were 54 seats for walk-in patrons.

It was owned by H.S.Cole in 1956.

April 3 1969 sees on the Big screen, “MISSION STARDUST” and “FIVE MILLION YEARS TO EARTH” Classic Drive-in Movies.

Nov.19.1971 has The Duke in “BIG JAKE” and"RIO LOBO"

Nov.4 1971 and “A GUNFIGHT” and “THE DERSERTER” are playing. Rated GP.

Hwy 82 is now a freeway north of this location.

The drive-in was located at what is now the SE corner of Texas 56 and FM 4130.
