The theatre was in the building to the left past the intersecting street on the Google image. The zoom feature is of no help in this instance.

The portion below of this article from the Mineola American dated 2/8/02 mentions the Williston Theatre:

“Theresa Irace of Andrews Road has lived in Mineola for 53 years. Theresa’s family, who lived in Hempstead, ran the Williston Theater in Mineola in what is now the Irish-American Center on Willis Avenue. During World War II Theresa took her brother’s place at the theater when he went into service.”
