The Globe Cinema occupied a corner site at the extreme end of Albany Road where ir juctioned with Wellfied Road and Claude Road,.The fire exit doors can be seen to the right where they exited to Claude Road. The windows at the very top facing Albany Road illuminated the generator room. The screen being at the Wellfield Road end of the building.The location of the Willis Circuit Office and W.E.Willis’s home (1 Wellfield Road) was the house immediately beyond the rear wall of the cinema.
