Yep.It parked 400 cars and was owned in 1956 by Co-Operative.

The first drive-in that I can remember attending….I was three, and they were showing “BRIDES OF DRACULA”.

The 6187 address takes you right to the sign if you plug it into Google Maps. Not very impressive, but I thought I’d mention it anyway.

The Tower Drive-In had a capacity for 400 cars.

It may have been,I don’t live in Elyria so I wouldn’t know if they did or not unless they had a second entry on the same road where maybe they had an office. So I couldn’t tell you for sure.

Was Lake Avenue renumbered? This ad for the Tower Drive-In shows an address of 6187 Lake Avenue.
