I don’t think the address in the header is correct, the theatre is next door to the Devere Construction Inc. and the address for the construcion co. is 427 Chestnut St. so that would put the address for the theatre at 423 Chestnut St. When you map it using 423 it maps properly.

The theater closed in either 1985 or 1986. I found a photo I took in 1985 which shows The Breakfast Club was playing. A second photo, which was printed in September of 1986 shows the front doors boarded shut. I’ll send more specific information if I find it.
