The former Deluxe Theatre, located on Cedar Street at Third Street, was also known at various times as the Peoples Theatre and the Zenith Theatre. Today the theater building houses a Mexican restaurant.

Any additional information on this theater would be appreciated.

In 1940 there is a Zenith Theater listed for Davenport with 318 seats.
