The Kelton Theater is listed in the 1930 Film Daily Yearbook. A September 2, 1930 story in the NY Times, claims that the building was sold and was being remodeled into a two story business structure containing fourteen stores.

BRONX THEATRE SOLD.; New Owners to Remodel the Kelton Into Business Building.

NY Times September 2, 1930

The Kelton Theatre property at the northwest corner of Harrison and West Burnside Avenues, the Bronx, has been sold by the Herburn Realty Company, Inc, to the F. G. W. Construction Company. The building will be remodeled into a two story business structure containing fourteen stores. Plans for the alteration have been drawn by Oscar Goldschlag, architect.
