This was a dime theater in the early part of the twentieth century. The Auditorium Theatre was opened in January 1900. It was closed in 1928.

The Theater Opened In Sometime In The Middle Of January 1900. Other Theaters In Grass Valley Like The Nevada Theatre And The Crystal Theatre Started To Operate A Few Years Later. In 1925, A Fire Siren Was Installed On Top Of The Theater’s Building. It Is Closed In 1928.
