Admitted Boy To Pictures, Man in a Bronx Theatre Sent to Jail for Twenty Days.

For admitting an unaccompanied minor to the Bronx Aerodome, a Third Avenue moving picture show, J.J. Heald was sentenced in Special Sessions yesterday to twenty days in City Prison. This is the record penalty for this offense. Heald’s case was aggravated by the fact that the boy had been refused by the ticket seller. Heald, who was acting as the doorkeeper, signaled to a bystander to buy a ticket for the boy.
