Google maps shows businesses on the even side of the street. The odd side looks to be a park. I can’t tell if the theater still exists.
The Kearny Family Health Center is located at 65 Kearny Avenue.
OK. That’s in the picture, but Google has it at 66 Kearny.
Google maps are not 100% accurate. Many times the arrow points to the wrong building. If you have an idea what the building looks like then Google maps can be of help. Otherwise, its a guessing game. Google might point to an empty lot and give you the impression that a building has been demolished while the arrow is actually pointing to the wrong location. Use with caution.
I noticed that. I’m not commenting on the shots that are taken a block away or otherwise are ambiguous.
From both the aeriel and street views there is nothing that looks like a former theatre building – the buildings pposite the park are all quite small – nothing that could have been a 1,.500 seat theatre.
