Operating prior to 1956. I saw a Clint Eastwood movie here in 1974. What I remember most about the Franklin Drive-In was that it was very close to the downtown section of the town; seemed to be only a block from the main street or maybe the court square. I know nothing else about it but assume it is closed.

In 1975 the Franklin Drive-In had a capacity for 250 cars.
Approx. address for this drive-in was 250 Phillips St.
