The theatre building was unoccupied in the 1984 photo.
The Time Theatre originally had seats listed at 700, theatre closed in 1955 and is still standing but unoccupied.

CHISHOLM â€" Deemed a historic building, the dilapidated Time Theater on Lake Street in Chisholm has been spared â€" or at least a portion of it has.
At the request of Building and Zoning Official Steve Erickson, the Chisholm City Council approved last week a partial demolition of the theater building.
The article doesn’t say what part was to be demolished.
Was in Chisholm on 6/13/2011. Theatre has been completely torn down. Prior time in Chisholm was 2008. Facade of this theatre was still standing.
