The Roxy 10 Cinema was opened by Cobb Theatres chain on June 28, 1991. In 1997 it was sold to Regal and was taken back by Cobb Cinemas in 2002. It was taken over by Phoenix Theatres on July 1, 2009. The Roxy Cinema Grill 10 was operated by Phoenix Adlabs Theatres. It was last operated by Phoenix Big Cinemas who closed the Roxy Cinema Grill 10 on September 5, 2013.

This theater closed about 2-3 months ater it reopened as a Cinema and Grill.
Prior to its incarnation as a Theater/Grill, it had been closed since the active 2004 hurricane season when it was a $1 movie theater.
This theater reopened yet again on July 1, 2009 and is operated by Phoenix Theaters. It is now a first run house.
It appears not to be operated by Phoenix, it is not listed on their website.
It has been over three years since I made the comment about the theater. They were definitely operated by Phoenix at that time.
This was opened by Cobb Theatres on June 28th, 1991 with 10 screens. Sold to Regal in 1997 and bought back by Cobb in 2002 who closed it. It was to be reopened by James Duffy in 2007 but never happened. It was taken over by Phoenix theatres on July 1st, 2009 who closed it on September 5th, 2013.
