The Rex Theatre was a good example of small town cinema. It was listed as operating in the 1941 edition of Film Daily Yearbook, but in the 1943 edition is is listed as closed.

The Rex Theatre Bldg (corner structure with pink flowers) still stands on Main & Oak. Today it is named The Grooming Shop.
