Guinness World Records lists the Cinema dei Piccoli as the worlds smallest “purpose built” cinema. That Cinema has 63 seats. In the battle between the Screen Room and the Terrace Cinema for the title of worlds smallest cinema, I think the Screen Room is the winner since only 21 of the 22 seats are available for customer use.
