This 2001 article mentions the Bond Theater. In 2001, the building was still standing. “The Alhambra, Bond, Varsity and Empress disappeared completely, and today, the only building left standing out of the four theatres, is the one downtown, where the Bond Theatre was located, but it is a storefront with no theatre design”.
