Located on the northeast corner of Monger Street and Rupe Street. The Town Hall Cinema opened by 1950 when it was listed as a ‘Touring Cinema’ operated by Baker’s Photoplays De Luxe (C. Baker of Perth). It was still operating in 1960, but had closed by 1968. The building is still there in 2017.

This might be the same building known as the Mount Marshall Town Hall, opened on 30/7/1927. Movie screenings may have started in 1927? Movie screenings may have ended the Bencubbin Drive-in opened.
