In 1993, the Mansfield stood closed in a three story building. The top two stories and windows had been painted over with white paint but Art Deco details were showing through. Below a small pointed marquee was the entrance, outside ticket booth and dark red brick that had not been painted. On top of each side of the marquee "Mansfield" was spelled out in red letters with some neon trim remaining.
