Looks like the entire block of 200 S. Main St is the railroad depot now. The street no longer exists, so this is demolished, if the address is correct.
The 717 seat Carolina Theatre opened in 1927 and was owned/operated by Wilby-Kincey Theatres. The theatre closed in 1961.
