Los Angeles’s first drive-in theater, 1934.. A slightly raised view of two long lines of automobiles waiting to get in to the first drive-in theater in Los Angeles at 10860 West Pico. There is a ticket booth in the bottom right corner, and two young men dressed in white speaking to the drivers of the automobiles at the front of the lines. Across the street there is a grocery store called “Green Spray Market”.
