This is an excerpt from The Toronto Sunday World 1916. Some businessmen of Mt. Dennis wanted to establish a moving picture theatre in Mt. Dennis. They did get a license for 1006 Weston Rd.(Civic Number changed to 1040 when Post Office came to the town. The theatre was The Maple leaf Theatre. Milton Bean Proprietor (97 Lambton). He also worked in real Estate.
