The address listed above for the former Broadway Theatre (now the location of the Broadway Diner) is correct and the postal code is P4N 1C2.
71 Third Ave is the address for the Broadway Diner which is located in the former theatre entrance.
Here’s a recent Streetview shot of the former Broadway, now a known as the Broadway Plaza. I do like how the namesakes of Timmins theatres has stuck around. The Palace, on the same street, is now known as “Palace Plaza.”
